Migraine and headache treatment

Following a car accident, I had neck pain which resulted in constant migraine headaches, which were gradually becoming unbearable.  I was prescribed painkillers, but they did not resolve the headaches and after two months I contacted Cathie Stone at the Brookdale Clinic to see if anything could be done about the headaches.

 Initially I had two treatments per week, where Cathie used a combination of back massage and neck pressure techniques.  This provided immediate relief from the headaches, and over the course of 4 months treatments were reduced.  As a result I am now completely migraine free.

 I would not hesitate to recommend this treatment for migraine headaches, which for me had immediate results.

Botox and dermal fillers

I was quite scared of having Botox as you hear such horror stories. I came to see Liz at The Brookdale Clinic for a free consultation, she gave me all the facts and I went away to think about it.I was really impressed how caring and professional she was.

There was no pressure and when I returned I felt completely confident and had Botox to the lines between my eyebrows.

The result is brilliant and my lines have gone.

Headache

I had suffered from migraine headache for years with no real help until I came to see Cathie Stone Physiotherapist at The Brookdale Clinic. She uses a Australian technique specifically for migraine. It certainly helped me.

Pigmented sun spots on the face.

I have lived abroad and although I have not really sunbathed at the age of 44 I developed  two hugh brown patches on my right cheek as a result of the sun. They were really difficult to hide with makeup.

At The Brookdale Clinic they used Intense Pulsed Light to remove them. It took 3 sessions 3 to 4 weekas apart. They are now so much lighter I can go without make up, but never without a sun screen, as Kery Anne explained they will return if the skin is not protected from sunlight with a high factor UVA and UVB sun product.

Laser Hair removal --- Life Changing

I have had dreadful facial hair for years and had to shave at least once a day which left spots and scars. A friend recomended the Brookdale Clinic for laser hair removal.

I felt very nervous but need'nt have as I was made to feel welcome and I soon realised I was not unique and lots of women suffer from facial hair.

The treatment was quick and painless. After 3 sessions I stopped shaving, after 6 there was hardly any hair. 

Kerry Anne did the treatment, she was so lovely and supportive I really enjoyed my visits.

Next I am going to have my under arms done.
