What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a complimentary therapy, which works on the feet or hands to help
heal the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms.

Reflexology can be used to help restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium. Encouraging the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.

By exerting pressure on these areas an effect is produced in that particular body area improving blood supply and nerve conduction, releasing tension and congestion
in these areas to aid healing.

Improving the circulation helps waste products to be removed and prevents harmful build up in the liver, kidneys and bowel.

Conditions suitable for reflexology treatment

  • Stress and its related conditions
  • Arthritis
  • Pregnancy- pre and post natal
  • Infertility and Hormonal imbalances
  • Digestive disorders
  • Long term illness
  • Terminal care

Indian Head Massage

What is Indian Head Massage?

Massage has always featured heavily in Indian tradition.  All the family play key roles in administering massage so that every member of the family can enjoy its benefits.

The head, neck and shoulders are areas that hold a great deal of tension.  Headaches, painful necks and sore shoulders are common symptons of stress; a growing phenomenon in twenty-first century Britain.

By applying firm yet gentle rythmical manipulations, tension is soothed, headaches and eye-strain relieved and concentration restored.

The massage can be administered without removal of clothing and the scalp can be dry or treated with a number of organic oils, dependent upon your needs.

This is the perfect lunch-time or end-of-the-day stress reliever, not only helping you clear your body and mind of tensions, but helping prepare you for the days ahead.
