Jane Eastwood is a qualified, accredited and experienced therapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT as it is more commonly known.
She offers treatments to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues on a one-to-one basis, helping them to overcome a range of anxiety and depression disorders using CBT techniques, including travel anxiety and pain management.
Whilst supporting people through their difficult time, Jane is keen to provide individuals with the tools to overcome their problems, enabling each individual to learn the skills needed to increase their own wellbeing and maintain their recovery.
Jane qualified with a BSc Hons in Applied Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University in 2002. Following on from this she completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Mental Health Care at Manchester University whilst working in NHS Mental Health Services for The Five Boroughs Partnership. More recently, Jane has qualified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy which is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.
Jane is also an experienced medical case manager and is a Certified Disability Management Consultant through NIDMAR. The NIDMAR education program covers the key skills and competencies essential for those working in the field of Disability Management and Return to Work Coordination. Jane is interested in providing corporate training to employers on return to work programmes for employees absent with mental health conditions.

Travel Anxiety Treatment Programme
Jane works with local driving instructors to offer you a total package to treat travel anxiety and lack of confidence to aid you to returning to driving independently.
